Return & Exchange policy
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org when and if you decide to return or exchange and item.
Merchandise may be returned for store credit, within 14 days of the days of purchase. All items must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 14 day period.
Returns must be received in PERFECT NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Want to exchange an item? Unfortunately we can’t hold items, but if you leave a note in your email stating that you want to exchange for a different size, or color, we can do so based off of our inventory available at that time. An exchange is not guaranteed, but if available, we will ship out your new size as soon as possible.
NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. JEWELRY, PURSES, ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SWIMWEAR AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fee. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We suggest tracking your return, Britain&brooks are not responsible for lost returns.
You will be notified via email, at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed, with your online code for store credit once we have processed your return.
Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
All orders are shipped within 48 business hours, and shipping either 2-5 days or priority 1-3 days.
If you need your order sooner just feel free to ask and we can direct you to the expedited shipping.
Local Pick Up
Select Local Pick Up as your shipping method for orders you would like to pick up in our store for FREE. Local pick up orders are packed same day, you will also receive a email when your order has been packed and is ready to pick up.
Picking up you local pick up order: Orders can be picked any time that our store is open, which is everyday 11:00-6:00. When picking up a local pick up order you will be asked to show your receipt, confirmation email, or your order number.
