Return Policy 

Return & Exchange policy

Merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchange, within 14 days of the days of purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 14 day period.

Returns must be received in PERFECT NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached.

If any of the following is present, the return is subject for denial and will be sent back to you at your own cost: 
- Detached tags
- Animal/human hair
- Deodorant marks
- Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
- Any visible wear or damage

If you purchase and item that is too small and you therefore strain the material we are not responsible for damages from wearing.

We are here to help with sizing questions before purchasing.

SALE ITEMS. JEWELRY, PURSES, ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.

Inspect your items for damage before removing the tags or wearing. Once the item is worn or tags are removed it is not acceptable for return or exchange. 

Makesure to double check all shipping info and details before placing your order as details can not be changed and shipping charges can not be canceled or refunded. Orders can not be canceled once they are placed. 

Mail Returns:

All items must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

We do not refund shipping charges.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges by mail. 

The Customer is responsible for return shipping. We suggest tracking your return, Britain&brooks is not responsible for lost returns.

You will be notified via email, at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed, with your online code for store credit once we have processed your return.

Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Shipping 

All orders are shipped within 24 business hours, with priority 1-3 day shipping.

If you need your order sooner just feel free to ask and we can direct you to the expedited shipping. 

 All Sale Purchases may take 7-15 days to process due to the high volume of orders. 

Local Pick Up

Select Local Pick Up as your shipping method for orders you would like to pick up in our store for FREE. Local pick up orders are packed same day, and be picked up immediately. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. 

Picking up you local pick up order: Orders can be picked any time that our store is open, which is everyday 11:00-6:00. When picking up a local pick up order you will be asked to show your receipt, confirmation email, or your order number.

 

Pivot Sale purchases are Final Sale 

Double check all details before placing your order. Orders can not be edited or canceled after they are placed.
